Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to lubfy.online, api.lubfy.online, and related LubFy services. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use LubFy.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for team members you invite.

Organization owners control membership and billing. Agents operate under separate application and commission rules shown in-product.

• Do not share passwords or long-lived API tokens.
• Use Google sign-in only with an account you control.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

LubFy provides tools to enroll MikroTik devices, publish packages and portals, sell vouchers, reconcile payments, manage agents, and view operational health.

We may improve, add, or retire features. Material removals that affect paying plans will be communicated with reasonable notice where practical.

Enrollment scripts and install jobs may change RouterOS configuration within LubFy’s allowlisted steps after preflight checks (version, license, device-mode).

You authorize those changes on devices you own or are allowed to manage. Always keep your own backups. LubFy is not liable for downtime caused by unsupported hardware, misconfigured WAN, or changes made outside LubFy.

Subscription plans, package prices, and fees are shown in-product (typically Tanzanian shillings). Taxes may apply as required.

Voucher and entitlement delivery depends on successful payment confirmation from our payment partners. Chargebacks, reversed mobile-money payments, or fraud may result in voucher revocation and account review.

Agent programs, referral rules, and withdrawals follow the commission configuration published for your account. LubFy may withhold or reverse commissions tied to refunds, fraud, or policy violations.

You agree not to:

• Probe, overload, or disrupt LubFy infrastructure or other customers.
• Use LubFy to operate unlawful services or to launder payments.
• Circumvent billing, vouchers, RADIUS quotas, or security controls.
• Resell LubFy access in a way that misrepresents affiliation with MikroTik or LubFy.
• Upload malware or attempt to extract other tenants’ data.

LubFy branding, software, and documentation remain LubFy’s property. You retain rights to your business content (brand names, portal copy, package names) that you upload.

You grant LubFy a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

LubFy is provided on an “as available” basis. Network availability depends on your ISP, power, and MikroTik edge — factors outside our full control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LubFy’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid to LubFy for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond backups you maintain.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, or Terms violations. You may stop using LubFy at any time. Provisions that should survive (payments owed, liability limits, IP) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dar es Salaam have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact us to close the account.
