Delete your LubFy account and personal data at any time — from the app or from this page.

Plain-language first

This is the official account-deletion resource for the LubFy mobile app. You can delete your LubFy account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by request from this page if you no longer have access to it.

30-day grace window

Your account is disabled and signed out everywhere immediately. Sign back in with your password within 30 days to restore it.

Fully self-service

Resellers and agents delete from Account → Danger zone. No support ticket is required.

Permanent after 30 days

When the window ends we erase your personal data. Financial and audit records stay, without your name.

In the app

  1. 1Open your profileIn the LubFy app, open the Account tab (bottom navigation) and scroll to the Danger zone card.
  2. 2Choose Delete accountTap Delete account and read the summary. If you have a password, you will confirm it; Google-only accounts confirm with a typed phrase.
  3. 3Confirm the deletionThe account is disabled and every device is signed out. If you solely own a reseller organization it is closed and its plan stops billing, while your routers keep serving guests.

No app access? Send a request and we verify it by email.

  1. 1Email us from your account addressSend the request from the email address on your LubFy account so we can match it. Include your organization name if you have one.
  2. 2We verify and confirmWe reply to confirm the request and start the same 30-day deletion window. We may ask one account-security question to prevent takeover.
  3. 3Deletion completesIf you do not sign in to restore the account, your personal data is permanently removed when the window closes.

  • Profile details: name, email, phone number, preferred language.
  • Password credential and Google sign-in link.
  • All active sessions and device tokens — signed out everywhere.
  • Organization memberships and, for organizations you solely own, the workspace is closed and billing stops.
  • Pending verification challenges and unused security codes.

What stays

Retained for legal and reconciliation reasons.

  • Completed and pending payment, invoice, commission, and withdrawal records, as required for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.
  • Router and network records needed to keep guest Wi-Fi running for connected customers.
  • Anonymized audit logs. Your name, email, and phone are not attached to them.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel a deletion during the 30-day grace window by signing in again with your password. After the window closes the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
